Welcome to Bridget Hanley Studio.
I am a Picture Framing Specialist with over 35 years experience. Formerly from Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia, I retired from my career as a show horse trainer and rider. Along side of that, I also had my picture framing shop. My husband and I decided the cold winters were wearing on us and moved to Dunnellon Florida in 2017.

I offer full service custom framing. From simple glass replacement, change out mats or small repair up to complete custom work. Consultations are convenient to your schedule, please call for an appointment. I also will pick up, design on site and deliver by request.
Anything you bring to me is very important and I will give your piece the best attention. Since I am a one person shop, I can offer more personal things than the big store and love to create unique designs. There are many choices in stock and ordering is easy. I carry you through the whole design process and help you to decide what your taste and budget will accept.

My Goals for Your Framing: Going from "Ewww" to "Oooh"
Picture framing is so emotional. Mentally there is a lot invested in just the right frame, the right color of mat, the right—-everything!
So to make your framing experience more fun, think about this:
Every suggestion that is put up against your art doesn’t have to be validated. I tell my clients “I didn’t give birth to the frame.” It’s okay to say you don’t like it. It actually is helpful to hear you say “Ewww!” It also helps me to feel what you like and show you the best options.
The art will tell you what it wants to be. It really will. Stay open minded. Sometimes the one idea you gave the least thought to is the best choice for your art! It is hard to put words to some emotions, but when I hear you say “Ooooh…..” I’m pretty sure we have the winner.
It’s my goal to get you from Ewww to Oooh. Isn’t that a fine definition of good framing?
